Refunds will only be considered if:

The work has not yet started

The service cannot be delivered due to our internal issues

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind after work has started

Missed deadlines due to lack of client communication

Bugs or changes requested after approval of the final version

Smart contracts and dApps are tested before delivery, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client to verify code security through third-party audits.
