By using this website or purchasing any services from Quantum, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Quantum provides Web3-related development services, including but not limited to:

Smart contract development

NFT minting dApps

Telegram bot creation

Automation and deployment

Hosting and consulting

2. Payments

All payments are to be made in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, ETH, SOL, BTC). Payment wallets are provided on the site or directly via Telegram.

3. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and subject to change based on scope and feedback. Delays may occur if client communication is interrupted.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the delivered code. Some components (e.g., templates or open-source tools) may be under permissive licenses (MIT, GPL).

5. Communication

Project coordination will be primarily through Telegram or Email.

6. Cancellations & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the collaboration if the client is non-responsive, abusive, or breaches terms.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any financial loss, legal issues, or bugs caused by smart contracts after handover unless specified in a support agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
